How do I use the Upmerx™ Pressure Point Massager ?

1.Place your hands on the handle of the massager and open slightly

2.Place dual silicone balls on the intended area, for instance if massaging the neck area , place at the base of the neck and we recommend massaging the tightest area of the muscle(s) first.

3.Massage area slowly by rotating the handles in small circular motion, you can increase massage intensity  as needed by increasing pressure on the handles while rotating handles in circular motions.

4.Use for 2 - 7 minutes
